Q: Are the bikes and ATVs fully assembled when delivered?
A: All units come 85–90% assembled. Final assembly typically includes the handlebars, front wheel, and some minor adjustments.
If you choose the “Fully Assembled” option, our technicians will fully assemble and inspect your vehicle before shipping. Note: the cost for this service will be charged extra
Q: Is there a warranty included?
A: Yes — every Ryger Powersports ORV (Off Road Vehicle) comes with a 3-month limited parts warranty.
Electric Bikes have 1 year on the Motor [This applies only for Apollo Brands]
Q: What’s your return policy?
At Ryger Powersports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policies below regarding returns, refunds, and order cancellations.
🚚 Returns
All returns must be in brand-new condition, completely unopened, and still in the original crate or box.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
The original shipping cost to you is non-refundable.
A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.
Note: We cannot accept returns on used, assembled, or uncrated vehicles.
❌ Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before the order has shipped, whichever comes first.
A 3% cancellation fee applies to all canceled orders to cover transaction and processing costs.
Once an order has shipped, a 20% restocking fee and all freight charges will apply.
To cancel your order:
Please call us directly to ensure your cancellation is processed before shipment.
If you email us at support@rygerpowersports.com, and your order ships before we process your email, you will still be responsible for all freight and return fees.
We strongly recommend contacting us by phone to guarantee cancellation before your order is dispatched.
🛠️ Wrong Item or Color
If you receive the wrong model or color, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
If reported within this time, we’ll arrange a replacement or return.
If not reported within 3 days, we cannot issue replacements or refunds for such issues.
💰 Refund Process
Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
Please allow up to 5 business days after inspection for the refund to appear on your account.
Q: Where can I ride my ORV or dirt bike?
A: Check your local and state ORV regulations. Most areas allow off-road vehicles on designated trails, private property, or ORV parks.
Q: Do I need an MCO?
A: We recommend purchasing an MCO if you plan to register your ORV or resell it in the future.
Q: How do I get one?
A: You can add an MCO to your order during checkout or contact our support team after purchase.
